My research at the FAO library and archive has proven invaluable for my undergraduate thesis on the history of international development, food aid and the Hot Springs Conference on Food and Agriculture. I would have been lost without the generous accommodations made for me by both the librarians and the archive crew, not to mention their thorough knowledge of FAO resources relevant to my topic. The reproduction technology (aka photocopiers) were also top-notch and always available, something that I've learned not to take for granted in libraries.
